National Exchange renamed Fidelity Exchange

The customer service said that you need to pay a deposit before you can withdraw. The deposit has been paid but there is no issue deposit. It said that it will be refunded but the deposit is not refunded. It also said that the deposit is too high and requires a deposit. I also paid the contract deposit and they did not return it. There remained $92246 in my balance.
