Unable to withdraw

The company promises to withdraw in 28-45 days. It has been more than 3 months since I clicked the withdrawal on April 15, and I still can't get it. Now the company asks me to click the withdrawal again and continue to wait. The current situation is estimated to wait 3 months more.
