BKYHYO is unable to withdraw. The fund is gone after processing withdrawal request

On July 3rd this year, I made a deposit of USD 2013 and USD 1340 respectively. It is normal to withdraw USD 70 on 7/7, and it is also normal to withdraw USD 100 on 7/14. From 7/15, I asked BKYHYO to withdraw USD 1000. After that, they didn't reply to my messages until 8/3, and I was asked to wait when I contacted customer service, and then they didn't reply. At present, there are still 4,627 US dollars in the account. I don’t dare to do it at all if I want to withdraw cash. I am worried and don’t know where to go.
