GPAK denied their server crash. No one compensates my loss.

On December 6th, 2018, at 16:15 pm, the server on the GPAK platform was stuck. It lasted for about half an hour. The entire market was stuck. I couldn’t connect to the server, so I could not stop loss the crude oil in time, causing the liquidation. I found out the problem and contacted the platform manager in time. They said that the platform would compensate. But after that, they didn’t give me any response. They were making excuses for themselves every day and refused to pay me for various reasons.
