German inflation dipped in June, the first month that the effects of government measures to dampen high fuel prices were included, data showed on Wednesday.
Consumer prices, harmonised to make them comparable with inflation data from other European Union countries (HICP), decreased an annual 8.2%, a fall from May's 8.7%, the Federal Statistical Office said.
