CAN DEPOSIT BUT CANT WITHDRAW

Hi I'm Sam, I came to know about IQ option from an advert on game app and have since then been doing my part of trading with them until recently when i tried to withdraw and was getting an error (can't withdraw now...but deposits are open. I suspect scam
