ICBC International Holdings Limited (“ICBC International”) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Limited (ICBC) in Hong Kong. Its predecessor, ICBC International Finance Limited, was established in 1973 and has been transformed into ICBC International Holdings Limited since 2008 in line with the strategic transformation of ICBC Group's business model and growth pattern.
