OTKRITIE is regulated by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission since January 28, 2016, and holds its full license under its authorization, license number: 294/16.
Investment Services
OTKRITIE investment services include receiving and transmitting orders for one or more financial instruments, executing orders on behalf of clients, self-dealing, portfolio management, providing investment advice.
Ancillary Services
OTKRITIEs auxiliary services are mainly custody and management of financial instruments, including custody and related services, granting credit or loans to one or more financial instruments if the transaction involves a company that grants credit or loan, foreign exchange services in connection with investment services.
Markets Instruments
Financial instruments offered by OTKRITIE include: negotiable securities, money market instruments, collective investment undertakings, options, futures, swaps, forward rate agreements and any other derivative contracts relating to securities, currencies, interest rates or yields, or other derivative instruments that can be settled in kind or in cash, financial indices or financial indicators, options, futures, swaps, forward rate agreements relating to commodities swaps, forward rate agreements and any other commodity-related derivative contracts that must be settled in cash or may be settled in cash at the option of either party (except due to a default or other termination event), options, futures, swaps and any other commodity-related derivative contracts that can be physically settled; commodity-related options, futures, swaps, forwards and any other derivative contracts, derivative instruments for credit risk transfer; options, futures, swaps, forward interest rate agreements and any other derivative contracts relating to climate variables, freight rates, emission allowances or inflation rates or other official economic statistics.
