I can’t withdraw on X for 7 months. I don’t know what to do now.
It was cannot withdraw from July last year to now , what is this situation! What problem does customer service ?they also cannot handle any problem!
Since August 2018, money withdrawing has been abnormal. The money has been unable to withdraw until now. They asked me to withdraw money via digital currency. Later, I did not make a successful withdrawal. So far, there has been no positive response.
It’s ironic that I haven’t receive the fund for ten months, while the platform still self-claimed as a ten-year-old brand and take priority of client’s fund. As far as I know, domestic investors’ funds are more than three billion.Since July 24, 2018,the platform has been giving no access to withdrawal with grinding excuses.I hope that investors be wisely and relevant media organizations can unveil it.
Withdrawal has been unavailable in FFS since last July, while the website and MT4 are unaccessible now.
Fengyin platform (forexfs.cn) gives no access to withdrawal.I deposited $130,000 in last July and the accumulated $2,300,000 is unable to withdraw.The customer service keeps holds off time,then losing contact.
Since last July,FFS Group has behaved in a frivolous way,giving no access to withdrawal.It said that the withdrawal could be received in 3 days,while it has been 9 months,I received nothing.I come from Changchun.I have reported to the police.Hope it be addressed soon!
I deposited money in FFS platform in last June.I applied the withdrawal of some profits.The system showed that it had been audited,while I haven’t received it yet.The Mt4 has been disabled since last week,as well as the CMR of the platform.The website is still can be surfed. The explanation given by the agent is confusing. Now I feel like this,I bought the Mark Six form the mainland,while my fund was eaten by the dealer.

Since August 2018, ffs has delayed my money withdrawing with various reasons, such as something wrong with the third party for payment, limit of money being withdrawing. I applied for withdrawal of $2724 on 25th,July,as well as $2871 and $30000 on 9th,August,$35595 in total.But the total withdrawal hasn’t been transferred into my account on 24th,August yet.I received the text message of my successful application for withdrawal from FFS Group.I asked the customer service of headquarters in Australia to arrange my withdrawal,but they always put me off .They replied in July and said it was because of limited payment.The money was promised to be transferred within 10 working days by domestic business channel,which hasn’t arrived yet.I hope FFS Group understand our plight and address the delayed withdrawal asap.
FFS Group has de-registered in New Zealand in April 29th, 2019. The service is missing and we can’t withdraw.
Money was withdrawn from FFS Group in July four months ago but has not yet arrived. Many people would enquire the problem in FFS Baidu Post Bar and Forex 110. the platform customer service personnel just asked me to wait patiently.

As a post-1985 man, he raises this home and does his best to make this home a better place! I am grateful to him, and I feel bad about him, so I want to help him and want to earn some money to help this home! The $20,000 I invested in FFS may be a small number for some people. For us, it will take at least 5 years to earn. I save every penny and buy cheap things online. I tell myself every day that CEO Lu is always a dedicated entrepreneur, a successful person with responsibility, he will not let us down!
