General Information & Regulation

Teletrade (EU) is an award-winning EU-authorized and regulated retail broker, part of the Teletrade Group, which was founded in 1994. The company operates in the European market under the EU Markets in Financial Instruments Directive (MiFID) and is licensed by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) (Regulatory Number: 158/11).

Market Instruments

Teletrade allows investors to trade popular global financial instruments, such as Forex, CFDs on metals, CFDs on indices, CFDs on energy, CFDs on shares, CFDs on cryptocurrencies, commodities, etc.

Minimum Deposit

To meet different investors' trading needs and experience, Teletrade has launched three different types of accounts: the standard account, the NDD (No Dealer) account, and the ECN account. The minimum deposit requirement for all three types of accounts is $100/€.

Leverage

Maximum leverage of 1:500 is available for professional clients. Otherwise, leverage limits for retail clients range between 1:2 and 1:30 depending on the asset traded. Margin requirements are provided on the website.

Spreads & Commissions

The minimum spread for standard MT4 accounts starts from 1.1 pips, and no commission is charged for trading. For NDD accounts, the minimum spread starts from 0.8 pips, and commission is 0.1% for stock CFDs and 0.007% for other trading products. For ECN accounts, the minimum spread starts from 0.2 pips, and commission is 0.008%.

Deposit & Withdrawal

The company welcomes several convenient and withdrawal methods, mainly wire transfer (for EUR, USD), VISA/MASTERCARD credit or debit card (for EUR, USD, 3.5% commission for deposit and 2.35% + 1 EUR/$1.30 commission for withdrawal), NETELLER (for EUR, USD, 3.9% commission for deposit + 0.29 USD and 1 EUR/$1.30 commission for withdrawal), and NETELLER (for EUR, USD, 3.9% commission for deposit and 1.29 USD commission for withdrawal). + $0.29 commission, withdrawal charges 2% fee), Skrill (supports EUR, USD, deposit charges 2.9% commission, withdrawal charges 1% commission), fasapay (supports USD, deposit charges 0.5% fee, up to $5, withdrawal charges 0.5% fee).

Trading Hours

Session times for precious metals are 00:05 – 22:55 (Monday to Friday) UTC+2. For cryptocurrencies, trading times are 00:00 – 24:00 (Monday to Thursday) and 00:00 – 22:59 (Friday) UTC+2. All other asset opening times vary and are provided in the trading conditions
