General Information & Regulation of GMO Click
GMO Internet Securities was founded in 2005 and began offering online securities trading services, OTC foreign exchange margin trading services, and Nikkei 225 futures/options trading services in 2006. In 2007, the company's name was changed to “Click Securities” and the Nikkei 225 futures/options began accepting orders in the “evening session”. In 2008, Click Securities moved its head office to Tokyo and acquired all of the shares of Excite FX Co. In 2009, Click Securities was also qualified to trade on the JASDAQ Stock Exchange, the Tokyo Stock Exchange, the Osaka Stock Exchange, and the Japan Securities Clearing Corporation. In 2011, GMO Click Investment Co., Ltd. was established, and the Forex options trading service was started, and the application for forex options trading-iClick Forex OP- was launched. In 2014, GMO Click began processing foreign stock spreads, and in 2016, new forex system operations began, and in 2019, the stock index binary options business was launched. GMO Click currently holds a retail forex license from the Japan Financial Services Agency (license no. 4011001045946).

The minimum commission for trading Nikkei 225 options is 0.152% of the contract price, and the minimum commission is 214 yen. Forex options trading, stock index binary options trading, and CFD trading are free of charge.
