The Wing On Group which was established in Hong Kong in 1907 became an investor in Wocom and eventually acquired Wocom in 1986. The Wing On Group enjoys a long and distinguished history in such diversified services as department stores, general insurance, investment, property development and financial services. At present, one of the companies of the Wing On Group, Wing On Company International Limited which primarily engages in department stores operations, property investments and automobile dealership in the USA, is listed on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.
