I am a trader of hedging. Someone recommended me this platform, in which the price on crude oil differed sharply from that on the market. When the price rose to 21 yuan, it was still hovered around 9. I couldn’t buy in, only to see my account becoming forced liquidation. It also charged high rollover. I don’t know how to do.

I was told to closed the position by AXI when my profit was less than $200.

The Australian regulation is just a facade.

Axitrader has changed and blackmailed me to close position. It even claimed that it was regulated by Australian regulator, which was counterfeit. It has ripped me off 400 thousand. I suggest that you stay away.

Unable to withdraw

Axitrader refuses to let me withdraw money, deleting my account

Axitraderdoes not allow me to withdraw money when I gained profits. The platform maliciously deleted the trading account. I have been in contact with the platform for past several months, but they shirked responsibility to the account manager, who said he had leave the company. I kept sending emails to their customer service personnel and asked for withdrawing money but they gave me cold shoulders. Such a scam platform. As long as I don't get my money back, I will continue to make complaints.

There is no regulation on this fraud platform, fca does not regulate, Australia does not accept Chinese customers, and there is no regulation from New Zealand. Does the platform regulate itself! I have been scammed and the case has been filed. Please stay away!

Axitrader ripped clients off through price difference and ultrahigh rollover.

After the event of negative price on 21st, the price on crude oil was around $8. But as of 25th, price on other platforms has risen to $17 to $18. There was a price difference, while Axitrader blamed it on the different calculation of liquidity provider. But why the price differed sharply only for this time? I suspected that Axitrader manipulated on the rollover, only to hoard clients’ fund. I couldn’t do hedging on 1.8-lot currency crude oil position placed on 17th, with rollover up to $200. It is simply a scam platform. Give back my hard-earned money.

Induced scam by the agent

I was inveigled by the agent and opened an account on April 15th. During the trade, the agent asked for my account, while the fund was hooked. I deposited fund again, which resulted in forced liquidation. After that, the agent still continued to ask me to add fund. As of February 26th, I have made a total loss of $28650.

Axitrader induced clients to trade and manipulated their information.

1.The customer service canceled all my tradings, claiming that I am not qualified to be an investor. 2.Order No.: 52174954 On April 8th, I withdrew 10 thousand dollars, which was refunded on 298th, causing huge losses. 3.In July, 2017, the emailed me that I could trade any derivative product. In last October, I was induced to open the account for trading, losing 156 thousand dollars again. 4.When I logged in to the backstage, I found another 2 extra accounts, 472783 and 448716, and an extra contact 1312****789, which are not mine. Axitrader manipulated my information inexplicably.
