My fund 1500 was gone.
They gave me a bonus of $1,000 but I can't witdhraw or deposit.
I've tried many times to withdraw but failed in view of the fact that I have to verify the bank card. I uploaded the card many times. until today they can't verify my bank card
I was guide from a livechat support to open an MT5 account where i didnt need the verification ( i already have the MT4 account fully spproved). I opened my account and i made a 200$ deposit for my surprise WAS ANOTHER MT4 ACCOUNT WHICH WAS NEED A VERIFICATION. WELL I SENT ALL THE DOCUMENTS ABOUT 6 TIMES BETWEEN EMAIL AND UPLOADS ON THEIR WEB SITE. I DONT HAVE MY MONEY UNTIL NOW. NOT IN THE INSTAFOREX CABINET, NOT ON MY SKRILL, THEY KEEPING ASKING FOR VERIFICATIONS AND THIS AND THAT WHEN I ALREADY HAVE SENT 6 TIMES PLUS HAVING AS WELL ANOTHER MT4 ALL AND FULLY APPROVED. SCAM COMPANY, DONT GO THERE FOR ANY REASON.ALSO THE SUPPORT IS SH*T. DONT HELP, ALWAYS SAYNG SEND AN EMAIL TO THIS DEPARTMENT TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM AND HEN YOU SEND THEY WILL SAY IM GOING TO FOWARD TO THE RIGHT DEPARTMENT. LOOOOOOOOLLL OMG SCAM SCAM SCAAAAAAAMMMMMMMM
