Voltrex Ltd was founded in 2001 in London, UK and in 2003 developed a FX Desk to serve institutional clients in the deliverable currency market. In 2005, Voltrex became a non-bank foreign exchange company offering a browser-based forex trading and payments platform that could offer 50 currency pairs at real-time prices. In 2011, the Voltrex FX and the payments business became separate corporate entities offering foreign currency trading, payments, and client-driven solutions, and the new company was named VFX Financial PLC. In 2014, VFX Financial partnered with Kenya's Equity Bank Group to launch an instant account-to-account money transfer service, “ Equity Direct.” VFX Financial holds a payment license from the Financial Conduct Authority in the UK, but this license is an fake one, so investors should be careful to avoid risk.

VFX Financial Fees
There are no fees for sending GBP payments to VFX Financial, but there are fees for sending foreign currency payments. Some countries will charge up to £18.50 when VFX Financial makes a payment on behalf of a user at the time.
