GEM-TRADE CO. Led., the original operating company of GemForex, was established in June 2010 to provide free automatic trading programs (EA). At that time, in Japan, where selling EA at a high price was the mainstream, GemTrade attracted the attention of consumers and established a good reputation in the industry. 

In order to provide better services, in October 2013, free copy trading services were launched successively. During this process, the concept of providing customers with a full range of high-quality foreign exchange-related services has become stronger and stronger. 

In October 2014, the company transferred the management rights to Gem Group Holdings LTD and started the operation of GEMFOREX as the platform owner. 

The current operating company provides services to more than 400,000 customers worldwide, mainly covering markets in English-speaking countries and regions, Japan, Mainland China, Hong Kong and Taiwan, and South Korea. 

Aligned with the corporate philosophy of "doing our best to provide the highest level of investment environment", in 2021 GemForex established an office in Cyprus to further promote its development goals, obtained a Mauritius financial license (GB21026537), and appointed the famous star David・Beckham as brand ambassador.
