This time the survey team went to London, UK to visit Fxcess, a foreign exchange dealer. The survey address is 12Th Floor, The BroadGaTe Tower 20 PriMrose STreeT London EC2A 2EW UNITED KINGDOM.

The survey team came to the destination based on the above address. It was an office area, with two or three buildings and a small square in a special style. The lobby on the first floor was very large and clean with modern decoration. However, the investigators could not find the logo or other information of Fxcess.

Conclusion

The survey team went to London, UK, to visit the the dealer Fxcess and found no office at the publicly displayed business address, which means the given business address might be fake. Investors are advised to choose this dealer carefully.
