According to the address, the survey staff came to Des Voeux Road Central. After walking down the street for a while, they found the Chinese and English logo of Li Po Chun Chambers on a marble wall. 

The new blue building looks beautiful in the clear sky. Situated in the city center and adjacent to Sheung Wan subway station, Li Po Chun Chambers enjoys an advantageous location. 

The surveyors then went to the other side of the building. They looked around and found that there were many shopping malls and snack bars next to the building set to meet the dining and shopping demands of office workers. It’s easy to see that supporting facilities around the building were of variety and interest.

The surveyors entered the building and rode up an escalator. Arriving at the lobby, they found a guidance desk, where they got greeted by the staff and questioned about their destination. After explaining what they came for, the surveyors got the permission to go upstairs for visiting. The surveyors then took an elevator to the 22nd Floor, where they found that the entire floor was home to Haitong International. Unfortunately, the surveyors did not get permission to enter the office to conduct a detailed survey.

Conclusion

A field survey confirmed that the actual address of Haitong International was consistent with its regulatory address. Investors are advised to resort to their good judgement after consulting the said above.
