Inspection Reason

Many investors made telephone calls to the inspection team in recent asking for more exposure of New Zealand licensed brokers whose real addresses were different from their regulation address. In response to investors’ strong desire, the surveyor decided to go to GFPC FOREX’s office in New Zealand for more details.

Office Building

According to the regulation information, the New Zealand licensed broker was located at Suite 12, 231 Dairy Flat Highway Albany Auckland. The surveyor decided to visit the broker.

The surveyor made much effort and found the building indicated by the regulation address on a commercial street according to a map.

The surveyor entered the buiding and walked to the 2rd floor and found four small offices after walking around on the floor. It was known from the signpost on the office doors that all of the companies on the floor were not the surveyor’s destination. The surveyor asked a man working at the floor whether GFPC FOREX had an office on the floor or not. The man replied he had never heard of the company.

Conclusion

It was confirmed after the surveyor’s inspection that the real address of GFPC FOREX in New Zealand was different from its regulation address. Since the broker’s financial service company license (RN:432946)  issued by FSPR has been cancelled.
