According to the regulation information, the Japanese licensed broker was located at 4-7 Nihonbashi-Kayabacho, Chuo-ku, Tokyo. The surveyor visited the broker.

According to the regulation information and online map, the surveyor found the office building at which the broker worked. The surveyor noticed that the broker’s name was printed on the blue signage outside the office building. 

The surveyor went to another side of the office building and the broker’s super huge logo left the surveyor a deep impression.

The surveyor arrived at the broker’s office and found a safe guard paying close attention to the surveyor. It was a pity that the surveyor could not enter the office to know about its interior. The surveyor could do nothing but looking around the entire office through the transparent glass door. Its scale was not small.

Conclusion

The visit by surveyors confirmed that the broker’s real address was the same with its regulation address. The broker held a retail forex license issued by FSA, but its suspicion of being a clone broker could not be ruled out. Investors are advised to resort to their good judgement after consulting the said above.
