Inspect Reason

The inspection team continued its campaign survey as part of the efforts to inspect the integrity and authenticity condition within the forex brokerage sector. For this session, the inspection team went to Australia to visit DVBFX. 

Office

According to the address provided by it, the broker DVBFX is located at Level 13, 2-26 Park Street, Sydney. The inspection team sent its survey staff there for a field investigation. 

According to the address, the surveyors found a relatively new office building at the intersection of two streets.

The surveyor then entered the building and examined a floor directory sign in the lobby. There was no information about DVBFX found, and the 13th Floor, as was indicated in the address that the broker claimed, belonged to an office sharing company REGUS. To double check, the surveyors still went to Level 13 and spoke to the receptionist there, and learned there was no such company called DVBFX. 

Conclusion

A field survey based on the address it provided did not find DVBFX’s physical presence. The company claims to hold a full license from the Australia ASIC (406684) and a retail forex license from the Japan FSA (4011101031648), but both are suspected to be false, as checks with the two regulators suggest that these licensing and registration details belong to other entities.
