Inspection Reason

Recently, many investors expressed their hope for more exposure of Australian brokers whose real addresses are inconsistent with those stated in regulatory information. To get a clear picture of the situation, the inspection staff went on a field trip to broker Huayi ’s office in Australia.

Company Building

The address of Huayi, according to regulatory information, is Suite 24, 259-261 Clarence Street Sydney NSW 2000. The inspectors set out for the premises.

The inspection team arrived at the office building, only to find that it’s actually a residential building with stores. Following a careful search inside and around the building, Huayi’s logo and office were still nowhere to find. 

Back to the office, the team did some online research and it turned out that the alleged office is actually the workplace of a company named Fast East Capital whose founder is identical with that of Huayi as shown in regulatory information. It can be ascertained that the broker’s address is false.

Inspection Conclusion

As verified by the field survey, Huayi’s real address is inconsistent with that from regulatory information.
