Reason for this visit

In addition, the British retail foreign exchange market has one of the world's three most stringent regulatory bodies, that is the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). Many FX dealers take obtaining FCA regulation for pride, and also hope to enter the country to develop market business. To help investors or practitioners have a more comprehensive understanding of the forex dealers in the country, the survey team went to UK for site visits.

On-site visit

This time the survey team visited the dealer EC Markets in London as planned, with the specific address at 17th Floor, 11 Bishopgate London, EC2N 4AY, United Kingdom.   

Based on the above address, the survey team came to the destination of this survey, which was located about 3 minutes walking distance from Liverpool Street in London. The building was located in a busy city center area and was considered a newly built commercial building, so it was well equipped and had good property management. On the display in the lobby, the surveyors found the dealer EC Markets. After contacting, the dealer welcomed the surveyors to go upstairs to visit.

EC Markets was located in shared offices on the 17th floor of the building. There were two glass rooms with the dealer's logo on the wall. According to the receptionist, the company has six employees, including the CEO, trading director, technology director, account manager, compliance director and non-executive director, two of whom work from home due to the epidemic. During this time, they handed business cards to the surveyors with their positions and contact information. Overall, the survey was quite smooth and pleasant.

Conclusion

The survey team went to UK to visit the dealer EC Markets as planned, and the dealer's logo could be found on its publicly displayed address, indicating that the dealer has a real place of business. Further, the surveyors were invited to visit the inside of the company, and the staff inside was also very warm and generous.
