Inspection Reason

Recently, many investors made telephone calls asking for more exposure of Australia licensed brokers whose regulation addresses were unauthentic. According to investors’ feedback, the surveyor went to the  YUNDINGHUI ’s office in Australia.

Office Building

According to the regulation information, the Australia licensed broker was located at Samuel Siu, Suite 1408, 370 Pitt Street Sdyney NSW 2000. The surveyor decided to visit the broker.

Since the name of the building indicated by the regulation address was quite clear, the surveyor found the ancient building without much trouble.

The surveyor then entered the building but found no information about YUNDINGHUI on the directory in the lobby on the first floor. In order to ensure inspection quality, the surveyor arrived on the 14th floor by elevator and failed to find information about the broker after reading the company directory in the aisle. The surveyor then went to Room 1404, the office indicated by the regulation information, to see what happened. Finally, the surveyor found the office belonged to an acoounting firm.

Conclusion

It was confirmed after the surveyor’s inspection that the real address of YUNDINGHUI in Australia was different from its regulation address.In terms of license, the broker held a investment advisory  license from ASIC. Investors shall think twice about the above information and make choice.
