Recently, many investors called the inspection team, expressing their hope for the inspection team exposing Australian brokers, whose real addresses are inconsistent with the ones in their regulatory information. Given that, the investigators went to Australia for a closer look at Firmbcpt.

Company Building

Firmbcpt’s office address in the regulatory information is WALT COULSTON, '04' Se 5 L 5, 220 George Street Sdyney NSW 2000. The investigators carried out a field trip to this licensed broker.                                                                                                                                                            

                                                                          The survey personnel came to the office building, finding that the building had been demolished, and that a construction company was building a new one there.

Inspection Conclusion

The investigators, based on the result of the field trip, confirmed that Firmbcpt’s real address failed to match with the one in its regulatory information. Its investment advisory license (regulatory number: 458097) issued by Australian Securities and Investment Commission is suspected to be a clone one.
