Inspection Reason

In recent, many investors made telephone calls to expressing their hope for exposure of expose more Australia licensed brokers whose real addresses were different from their regulation addresses. According to investors’ feedback, the surveyor decided to go to Forex FS’s office in Australia to know what has happened.

Office Building

According to the regulation information, the Australia licensed broker Forex FS  was located at 08 Tower 1' Level 23 Suite 23, 100 Barangaroo Avenue, Sydney NSW 2000. The surveyor decided to visit the broker.

Since the name of the building indicated by the regulation information was quite conspicuous, the surveyor found the building easily.

The surveyor read the floor directory once entering the lobby on the ground floor, there was no information about the broker on the guide. In order to ensure the accuracy of the inspection result, the surveyor went to the 23th floor and found not the target broker’s office or logo but IFS Markets’s office after walking around the entire floor.

Conclusion

The unauthenticity of the Australia licensed broker Forex FS’s regulation address was confirmed after the surveyor’s inspection. The broker’s full license (RN: 323193) issued bt ASIC was suspected to be a cloned license. As was confirmed, the broker wasn’t under any valid regulation at present!
