According to the regulation information, the Japanese licensed broker was located at 3-11-16, Nishi-shinJuku, ShinJuku-ku, Tokyo. The surveyor visited the broker.

The surveyor drove to Nishi-shinJuku according to the regulation information.

The surveyor went to an alley and found nothing but residential areas nearby.

The surveyor searched carefully for a long time before finding the doorplate number indicated by the regulation address because the door number signages of the alley were inconspicuous.

It was a little surprised that here was a residential house.

Conclusion

The visit by surveyors confirmed that the broker’s real address was not the same with its regulation address.Investors are advised to resort to their good judgement after consulting the said above.
