Inspection Reason

Some investors made phone call to the inspection team for more information of New Zealand licensed brokers whose real address were not the same with its regulation address. In response to investors’ strong need, our survey personal went to Huanengfx in New Zealand to know more about it.

According to the regulation information, the New Zealand licensed broker Huanengfx is located at 42 Sohlue Place OTeha Auckland. The survey personal then visited this place.

The survey personnel found the building indicated by the regulatory information in the rain and found that the building turned out to be a residential building with no signs of a company.

In order to ensure the quality of the survey, the survey personnel still knocked on the door of the residential building, and a Chinese woman opened the door. The survey personnel asked the her about Huanengfx whether they work here, but the woman said she knows nothing about it.

Conclusion

The visit by the survey personnel confirmed that the broker Huanengfx’s real address was consistent with its regulatory address. Its FSPR license is suspected of being a clone.
