Inspection Reason

In recent, many investors made telephone calls to the inspection team, expressing their hope for the inspection team to expose more Australia licensed brokers whose regulation addresses were fake. According to investors’ feedback, the surveyor went to the Australia licensed broker Utradefx’s office to know what happened.

Office Building

According to the regulation information, the Australia licensed broker  Utradefx was located at Level 2, 18-22 Pitt Street Sydney NSW 2000. The surveyor visited the site.

The surveyor found the newly-built office building indicated by the regulation information without much trouble.

The surveyor instantly caught sight of the floor guide in the lobby on the first floor of the building, but didn’t found any information about the broker on the floor guide. 

In order to ensure inspection quality, the surveyor went to Level 2 and walked around the whole floor. There were three offices on Level 2 but but none of them belonged to Utradefx.

Conclusion

It is confirmed after the surveyor’s on-site inspection that the real address of Utradefx’s office in Australia is inconsistent with the regulation address.
