Recently many investors called the inspection team hoping we could disclose more Australian brokers with fake addresses.To help investors better distinguish these brokers, the investigation team were going to visit HuiFeng in this episode.

Building Survey

According to the regulatory information, the company address of HuiFeng is Suite 408, 15 Lime Street, Sydney NSW 2000. The investigation staff visited the spot.

The investigation staff smoothly found the low-rise office building indicated by the regulatory information.

Exclusive

The investigation staff then entered the office building and found that the equipment inside the building was relatively old. Walked into the lobby, the investigation staff noticed the floor guide and learned that  HuiFeng is operating on the 4th floor.

The investigation staff took the elevator to the 4th floor and saw a simple company sign board in the corridor. Unexpectedly, there was no English name for HuiFeng on this signboard. In order to ensure the quality of the investigation, the staff came to room 408 according to the supervision information, but found room 408 belonged to CHARTER.

Survey Conclusion

It is ascertained by the investigation staff that the address of HuiFeng is inconsistent with that from the regulatory information. The broker’s alleged ASIC MM License(No.421210), FCA STP License(No.677530) and FSPR Financial Service Corporate License(No.348606) are suspected to be cloned licenses.
