According to the regulatory information, the company address of DAY STREET ADVISORS is 'Chifley Tower' Level 29, 2 Chifley Square SYDNEY NSW 2000. The investigation staff visited the spot.

The investigation staff found the modernized office building indicated by regulatory information smoothly.

Exclusive

Afterwards the investigation staff walked into the building. After checking the floor guide in the lobby, the staff learned that the 29th floor belongs to Servcorp co-working space.

To ensure the authenticity of the investigation result, the staff took the elevator to the 29th floor and inquired of the receptionist whether DAY STREET ADVISORS owned a place in the co-working space. The receptionist replied that the broker did not operate here.

Survey Conclusion

It is ascertained by the investigation staff that the address of DAY STREET ADVISORS is inconsistent with that from the regulatory information. The broker’s alleged ASIC Investment Advisory License(No.488798) is suspected to be a cloned license.
