The inspection team continued its survey campaign as part of its efforts in inspecting the authenticity of the forex brokerage industry. For this session, The inspection team goes to New Zealand to visit a broker named FXRHS. 

Office

According to the address in its regulation details, the broker FXRHS’s office in New Zealand is at Tianyu Wu, 191b GlenField Road, HillcresT Auckland. The survey staff went to this place for a field investigation. 

The surveyors followed the navigation to their destination, and were surprised to find this building in the north shore residential area turned out to be a residential house, with none any sign of a company. 

Conclusion

A field investigation according to the address shown in its regulation details did not find FXRHS’s office. The company claims to hold a Financial Services Provider license from the New Zealand FSPR, but a check with the regulator shows that the registration and license details appear to belong to another entity.
