Reason for this visit

In terms of daily trading volume, the foreign exchange market qualifies as the largest market in the world. Due to its relatively developed financial system and friendly business environment, the UAE continues to attract foreign investors to enter the market. In order to help investors and practitioners have a more comprehensive understanding of the country’s foreign exchange dealers, the survey team is going to the UAE for site visits.

On-site visit

This time the survey team visited the dealer Amana Capital in Dubai, UAE, with the regulatory address at UniT OT 17-37 , Level 17, CenTral Park OFFices, DIFC, PO Box 506931, Dubai, UAE.

The survey team came to the center of Dubai, which is a busy and crowded area. The surveyors could see three buildings next to each other from a distance and found the office building UniT OT along the street for this survey.

The security personnel of building allowed the surveyors to enter the building and stated that the company was based here.

Arriving at the 17th floor, the surveyors found the directory , which indicated that the office of Amana Capital was located in Room 17-37.

The employees of Amana Capital refused to let the surveyors enter and photograph the office. However, they allowed the team to have a brief glimpse, where did have staff working in the office. Since the team did not enter the office, they did not know the office scale and operation condition of the dealer.

Conclusion

The survey team went to Dubai, UAE, to visit the the dealer Amana Capital and found the office at its regulatory address. However, the team was unable to enter the dealer's office so that the office scale and operation condition of which remained unknown. Please be prudent when trading with this broker.
