Inspection Reason
Recently, investors called the inspection team, expressing their hopes for the inspection team exposing more Australian brokers, whose real addresses are inconsistent with the ones in their regulatory information. Given that, the investigators went to Australia for a direct look at Forex CFDs.
Company Building
Forex CFDs’ office address in the regulatory information is Tower 3 International Towers' Level 25, 300 Barangaroo Avenue, Sydney NSW 2000. The investigators carried out a field survey to this licensed broker.
Based on the regulatory information, the survey personnel found this landmark building, which was near Darling Harbour. Since the company building number was prominent, the personnel successfully found this building where many world-renowned financial institutions were located.
Then, they walked into the building. It could be inferred that many office workers worked here from the crowd of people outside the building.

Having carefully checked the floor guide, the investigators learned that the entire the 25th floor belonged to Victory, which provided Co-working spaces.
In order to confirm whether Forex CFDs was in this shared office, they took the elevator to the 25th floor. Sure enough, the entire floor belonged to Victory. After enquiring the workers at the reception area, the personnel learned that Forex CFDs was not in this office.
Inspection Conclusion
The investigators, based on the result of this field survey, confirmed that Forex CFDs’ real address failed to match with the one in its regulatory information. Its MM license (license number: 439907) issued by Australia Securities & Investment Commission has been verified to be a clone.
