INVESTOUS Forex is operated by a Belize investment company - IOS INVESTMENT Limited, which holds a retail foreign exchange license from the Financial Services Commission of Belize (license number: IFSC/60/511/TS/18). IOS INVESTMENTS Limited does not offer services within the European Economic Area as well as in certain other jurisdictions such as the USA, British Columbia, Canada and some other regions.
Market Instruments
INVESTOUS provides investors with access to some popular financial markets, including major currency pairs, minor currency pairs, cryptocurrencies, commodities, stocks, indices, and exchange-traded funds (ETFs).
Minimum Deposit
INVESTOUS offers traders four different trading accounts: the Basic Account (minimum deposit of $250), the Gold Account (minimum deposit of $25,000), the Platinum Account (minimum deposit of $100,000), and the VIP Account (minimum deposit of $250,000).
INVESTOUS Leverage
In respect to trading leverage, the maximum leverage level available on the INVESTOUS platform is up to 1:500, which is considered high. Inexperienced traders are advised not to use such high leverage in case of heavy fund losses.
Spreads & Commissions
The spreads on INVESTOUS basic accounts are 3.2 pips on EURUSD, 3.6 pips on GBPUSD, 3.5 pips on USDJPY, and $0.12 on Crude Oil, while the spreads on INVESTOUS Gold Accounts are 2.9 pips on EURUSD, 3.3 pips on GBPUSD, 3.2 pips on USDJPY and $0.11 on Crude Oil. For INVESTOUS Platinum Accounts, the EURUSD spread is 2.3 pips, GBPUSD spread at 2.7 pips, the USDJPY spread at 2.6 pips, Crude Oil spread at $0.10. For INVESTOUS VIP Accounts, the EURUSD spread is 1.8 pips, GBPUSD spread at 2.2 pips, USDJPY spread at 2.1 pips, and Crude Oil spread is $0.08.
INVESTOUS Trading Platform
INVESTOUS provides traders with the industry-recognized MT4 trading platform, as well as MT4 Web, MT4 Android, MT4 iOS, and MT4 Desktop to meet the needs of different users, allowing traders to trade anytime, anywhere easily. It provides traders with a great trading experience.
Deposit & withdrawal
INVESTOUS allows traders to deposit and withdraw funds to and from their INVESTOUS via Visa & MasterCard credit cards, e-wallets like NETELLER & Skrill, and wire transfers. On the INVESTOUS platform, the profit part of the client's funds is sent to the account separately and only to the bank account or e-wallet account. Each withdrawal is free of charge for VIP accounts clients, and traders with Platinum Accounts can enjoy 3 free withdrawals per month. Clients with Gold Accounts are entitled to 1 free withdrawal per month. Clients with basic accounts are entitled to 1 free withdrawal, and since then, every withdrawal is subject to some commissions.
Customer Support
There is no dedicated customer support section at Investous. Clicking on Contact Us, located at the bottom of the homepage, pulls up the live chat client. Clients may also click on the support button, where they will receive a contact phone number, but operating hours are not listed. An FAQ section attempts to answer the most common questions.
